# Condition Details
1 The proposal is proximate to residential dwellings and it is therefore considered that extended opening hours would adversely affect their residential amenity, contrary to policies DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework and saved policy SH7 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
2 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policies CS1, CS2, CS20, DP1, DP2 and DP3 and SH7 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
3 The premises shall not be open for customers outside the hours of 9.00-22.00 Monday - Saturday.
4 The extension of opening hours hereby permitted for a temporary period of one year from the date of this decision. At the end of that period the hours within the which the premises may open to customers shall revert to the hours of 0900-1900 Monday to Saturday, unless a further planning permission is granted by the Local Planning Authority.
