Upon the expiration, the repaired/replacement gate must be reinstated and all development associated with the temporary gate, gateposts and fence to be removed. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area. |
| 2 | (2) No part of the proposed gate, gateposts or fence is to be in contact with the existing stone gateposts. REASON: In the interests of the character of the conservation area, and to protect the existing stone gateposts. |
| 3 | (3) Detailed proposals for the storage and repair or renewal of the existing gate are to be provided to the Local Planning Authority prior to the implementation of the proposed scheme. These details shall incorporate a detailed record of the existing gate. REASON: To display commitment to the repair/replacement of the existing gate, and to protect the character of the area. |
| 4 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS20, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP9 and DP10. |
