| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the conversion of the bungalow to a children's centre would bring benefit to the community and the school. It is not considered that the proposal would cause significant harm to the street scene or appearances of the area. The proposal is not considered likely to cause significant harm to neighbour amenity sufficient to justify refusal of the application. The proposal accords with approved planning policies. |
