| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
| 6 | (5) The colour of the proposed palisade fencing around the bin store should match the existing. REASON: In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
