| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to its size, appearance and position would not prejudice the setting of St Peters Church (5) nor create conditions prejudicial to the character or appearance of the wider area. The restricted use should protect residential amenity. The proposal would not create conditions prejudicial to highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore satisfies the aims of Policies CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. |
