1 (1) Within 3 months of the date of this consent, the lamp post hereby approved shall be painted in its entirety. Details of its colour and finish shall first be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and the lamp post shall thereafter be retained and maintained as such. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity and to preserve the appearance of the Guisborough Conservation and Article Four Direction Area.
2 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2 and DP3.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
