| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is considered to be appropriate within this location. It would not have an adverse effect on the character or amenity of the area. The application does not raise any issue in respect of crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Councils adopted Development Plan. |
| 5 | ADVISORY NOTE: The tipping of spoil to create the mounds may require a licence from the Environment Agency. You would therefore be advised to contact them prior to the commencement of any works on site. |
