| 6 | INFORMATIVE: The applicant should be aware that the adopted highway finishes at a point level with the rear of no. 38 Jubilee Road thus access to the proposed garages and store would be over a private road. The applicant should therefore ensure that all the necessary permissions are obtained prior to construction of the development. |
| 7 | INFORMATIVE: It is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building works to ensure that mud, debris or other deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. In the case of mud being deposited on the highway, wheel washing facilities should be installed at the exit of the development. |
| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council’s Adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
