The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007 |
| 2 | INFORMATIVE: The owner/occupier of the premises is advised to remove the shelter within 28 days of this notice and reinstate the land to its former condition. Failure to do so may result in formal action being taken. |
| 3 | INFORMATIVE: The smoking shelter does not appear to comply with the requirements of the Health Act 2006 (smoke free legislation) because more of the walls of the shelter are enclosed than open. To comply with smoke free legislation the walls of the shelter must be less than 50% enclosed. Officers from the Health and Safety Team will monitor this shelter.
