1 (1) The Council considers that the proposed hot food use would be detrimental to residential amenity by virtue of increased noise and other disturbance. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies of Policies CS1 and DP2 of the Local Development Framework and Policy SH7 of the Local Plan.
