# Condition Details
1 (1) The smoking shelter shall not be used between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 each day. REASON: In the interests of residential amenity.
2 (2) No external lighting shall be installed within or on the smoking shelter hereby approved unless in accordance with a scheme that has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be strictly adhered to. REASON: In the interests of residential amenity.
3 (3) There shall be no amplified entertainment/music, loud speakers or public address systems within or on the smoking shelter hereby approved. REASON: In the interests of residential amenity.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework policy CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP6.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to its design size and location would, subject to conditions, not create conditions that would materially harm the character and appearance of the area, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. The development therefore accords with the aims of Policies CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP6 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007.
