| 2 | (2) All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory implementation of the approved scheme in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3 | (3) Full details of all external materials, windows and doors and boundary fences shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing prior to the setting out of the development hereby approved is commenced. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety. REASON: In the interests of the appearance of the development. |
| 4 | (4) This permission relates only to the amended plan(s) received by the Local Planning Authority on 1 February 2008. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
