| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
| 6 | NOTE: The following Development Plan Policies were relevant to this decision: Local Development Framework Policies DP2, DP3, DP9, CS7, CS20, CS25, and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999. |
