REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |

| 5 | (5) Whilst the building has been substantially erected prior to consent being granted, no further development shall take place until details have been submitted and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority of proposals to prevent mud/debris from being deposited on the highway for the duration of the works. REASON: In the interest of highway safety. |
| 6 | ADVISORY NOTES: ·You attention is drawn to the comments of the Council’s Environmental Protection Officer (6) advising that that all workers at the site should be protected from coming into contact with possible contaminants and that the development should incorporate a suitable membrane to protect against the possible migration and build up of gases.
