1 The proposed development would result in the loss of additional trees covered by a Tree Preservation Order to the detriment of the appearance of the site and the wider street scene. It is considered therefore that the proposal would be contrary to the aims of Policies CS20 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007.
