The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policy DP2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. |
| 2 | (2) The submitted documentation including the indicative heights of the buildings has failed to demonstrate their impact due to the levels changes at this site and as such has not demonstrated there will be no harm to the living conditions of adjacent occupiers, particularly Brotton Cote, and as such the development may compromise the living conditions of adjacent residents by way of overlooking and loss of privacy and would therefore be contrary to the aims of Policy DP2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. |
