| 4 | (4) The garage hereby approved shall at all times be used for purposes incidental to the residential enjoyment of the dwelling house and shall not be used for business or commercial purposes. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of nearby residents. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan. |
