# Condition Details
1 (1) The works to which it relates shall commence not later than three years from the date of this letter.
2 (2) The works of demolition for which consent is hereby granted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the plans and specifications hereby approved, and;
3 (3) No works of demolition shall commence until a scheme for levelling and regrading the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
4 (4) As soon as practical after the works of demolition hereby consented to have been carried out., the site shall be levelled and regraded in accordance with the approved scheme.
