As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

The layout and design are acceptable and respects the amenity and character of the area.The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or adversely affect highway safety.The proposal therefore accords with the Councils adopted Development Plan. |
