# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed design and styles of the advertisements are not in keeping with the area and are considered likely to cause harm to the street scene and appearance of the area. The proposal therefore is contrary to policies DP12, DP3 and CS20 of the adopted development plan.
2 (2) It is considered that the proposal will prove detrimental to special character of the listed building and therefore the proposal is contrary to policies DP12 and DP10 of the Adopted Development Plan.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework policy CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3, DP10, DP12 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 2 and 4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
