| 3 | (3) Construction work at the site shall only take place between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays, and no work shall take place at all on Sundays or Public Holidays. REASON: In the interests of amenity. |
| 4 | (4) Temporary and permanent lighting provided to the proposed development shall be arranged so as not to shine directly towards any dwelling and shall be shielded to prevent light spillage beyond the boundary of the development. REASON: In the interests of amenity. |
| 5 | (5) Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, details of cycle parking facilities within the site shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. The scheme shall be built in accordance with the approved details. REASON: In order to ensure there is adequate access to alternative means of transport at the site given the lack of residential parking. |
| 6 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP9 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 9 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 7 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
