| 3 | (3) The MUGA shall not operate outside the hours of 0800hrs to 2000hrs on any day and not at all on a Sunday unless prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained toa variation. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area. |
| 4 | (4) The floodlights shall be turned off no later than 2000hrs every day. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
