| 1 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is noted that the boundary wall was removed some time ago and a subsequent replacement has also been removed. Whilst reinstatement would be possible it is considered that the replacement proposed under reference R/2007/0733/CA is acceptable. Thus it is considered that the integrity of the Conservation Area would be maintained. The proposal would therefore accord with the aims of Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. |
