# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed works would prove detrimental to and have an adverse impact on the special character of the Conservation Area and therefore are contrary to Policy DP9 and CS25 and the Supplementary Planning Guidance in the Council's Adopted Development Plan.
2 (2) Insufficient information has been submitted on the proposal for the Local Planning Authority to fully consider the impact of the proposal on the Listed Building.
3 (3) The design of the proposed works fails to protect the character of the building and the area and therefore the proposal is contrary to Policies CS20 and DP3 of the Adopted Development Plan.
4 NOTE: The following Development Plan Policies were relevant to this decision: Local Development Framework Policies DP2, DP3, DP9, DP10, CS20, CS25 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
