| 4 | (4) A fully detailed design of the railings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. REASON: To safeguard the appearance and character of the Skelton Conservation Area. |
| 5 | (5) The development hereby approved shall not be carried out until such time as the free standing public house sign is moved to within the boundary of the new wall. REASON: To ensure there is no obstruction to the adopted highway. |
| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
