| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The scheme accords with national and local policies which seek to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and promote renewable sources of energy. The proposal will not have significant environmental impacts or adversely affect the surrounding area. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
