Lighting for the sign shall come only from the troughlight immediately above the sign, shall be directly focused on the sign itself, and no bare light bulbs shall be visible to the public eye. REASON: In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4 | (3) Prior to the installation of the sign, the colours and finish of the sign and lettering, and the troughlight and its casing, shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The signage hereby approved will not cause harm to the character of this Listed Building or the Conservation Area. The proposal isnot therefore contrary to the Council's Local Plan. |
