| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any significant adverse issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted development plans and adopted local development framework documents. |
