| 1 | (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2 | (2) The permission is for a period of 12 months from the date on which the floodlights hereby approved are installed. After this period a formal application shall be made in writing to Local Planning Authority to extend the period of validity. REASON: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the matter in light of experience. |
| 3 | (3) The floodlights hereby approved shall not be switched on between the hours of 22.00 and 08.30 each day. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of nearby residents. |
| 4 | NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and L5 were relevant to this decision. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan. |
