# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The first floor window in the southwest elevation of the development, and any subsequent replacement, shall be glazed throughout with obscure glass and thereafter retained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the living conditions of the occupants of adjacent residential properties.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposal due its size, design and relationship with the existing built environment would not create conditions that are prejudicial to the character or appearance of the area, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with Local Policy.
