| 5 | (5) Prior to the first occupation of the building hereby permitted cycle and motor cycle parking shall be provided in accordance with a scheme that has first been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved scheme shall be completed in its entirety and thereafter be maintained. REASON: The details were omitted from the plans and to make provision for cycles/motorised cycles at this site. |
