1 (1) It is considered that the proposed development would cause significant harm to the character and appearance of West Lodge, Eston Cemetery and the street scene as a whole and as such would be contrary to the aims and objectives of Policies GEN 1 and H3 and the supplementary guidance of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 (2) It is considered that the proposed access would cause significant harm to the character and appearance of the wall enclosing Eston Cemetery and to the street scene as a whole and as such would be contrary to the aims and objectives of Policies GEN 1 and H3 and the supplementary guidance of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
3 (3) It is considered that the proposed development would result in an intensification of residential use which would prove harmful to the character and atmosphere of Eston Cemetery and as such would be contrary to the aims and objectives of Policies GEN 1 and H3 and the supplementary guidance of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
