2 (2) This permission relates only to the amended plan(s) received by the Local Planning Authority on 30 March 2007. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 (3) Details of the specification and method statement for the render should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of works. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policy ENV10 of the Council's Local Plan.
5 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2, ENV4 and ENV10 were relevant to this decision.
