1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and SER5 were relevant to this decision.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed installation of one 300mm dish on the western elevation of the Telephone Exchange, Redcar would, due to the proposed postion of the dish, not create conditions prejudicial to the appearance of the area, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal accords with aims of National and Local Policy.
