# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The premises shall not operate between the hours of 22:30 and 08:00 on any day. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of neighbouring residential properties.
3 (3) Details of a soundproofing scheme shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, unless it can be shown that sound levels will not exceed 10dBA above the background levels for the area. REASON: IN the interests of the amenities of neighbouring residential properties.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan.
5 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
