# Condition Details
1 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed extension due to the position of windows serving habitable rooms would result in loss of privacy by way of overlooking of adjacent residential property to the detriment of the living conditions of the occupiers of those dwellings. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar & Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
