REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location. |
| 3 | (3) Prior to the installation of the two steel storage cabins, the colour of the cabins shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan. |
