# Condition Details
(1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
(2) The three glazed window panels within the southern elevation shall be obscure glazed and thereafter be maintained. REASON: In the interest of residential amenity.
REASON FOR DECISION: Due to the design, size and location of the proposed conservatory it is considered that it would not prejudice the character or appearance of the area, that it would not have a material impact upon local residential amenity or compromise highway safety or crime prevention and thus the development accords with the aims of the Local Plan.
NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
