# Condition Details
1 (1) The land, on which the development is proposed, forms part of the parking provision of a previously approved application. This development would impact on that parking provision to the detriment of highway safety and therefore be in contravention of condition No. 5 of planning decision notice ref: R/2006/0170/FF and contrary to Policy DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework (2007).
2 (2) The development would introduce an awkwardly sited building, the bulk and massing of which, would be out of character with the surrounding buildings. The siting of the development would also result in a cramped appearance. Therefore, the proposal is contrary to the aims of Policy DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework (2007) and saved Policy H3 and Appendix 9 of the Local Plan.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework (2007) Policies CS20, DP2, CS5, CS2 and DP3 were relevant to this decision.
