2 (2) This permission relates only to the amended plan(s) received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 November 2006. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is considered to be acceptable within this existing Local Shopping Area. It would not have an adverse effect on the character and amenity of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or adversely affect highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Local Plan.
