| 4 | (4) Notwithstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, approval of the exact details of the design, materials and external appearance of all windows, rooflights and doors shall be obtained from the local planning authority prior to the development being commenced. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents and that the proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building, the Conservation Area and the Wilton Historic Estate. The proposal therefore complies with the Council's adopted Local Plan. |
