# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The customer car parking shown on the approved plan shall be retained for that purpose and shall not be used for the display of cars for sale without the prior approval of the local planning authority. REASON: In the interest of highway safety.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Local Plan.
4 (3) Permitted operating hours are between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and closed at all times on Sundays. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of nearby residents.
5 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and SH1 were relevant to this decision.
