# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) A scheme for the extraction and treatment of effluvia from the cooking equipment shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the approved scheme implemented before the use hereby approved is commenced. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the locality.
3 (3) The premises shall be closed and vacated before 0800 and after 2200 on any day. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of residential properties in the locality.
4 INFORMATIVE: The applicants attention is drawn to the letter dated 24 August 2006 sent to his agent (4).
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposal due to its location within an existing Local Centre would be unlikely to have a detrimental impact upon the character or appearance of the area, local residential amenity or highway safety. The use is unlikely to make the area more vulnerable to crime that presently exists. The proposal therefore accords with the aims of Local Plan Policy.
6 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2, SH2 and SH7 were relevant to this decision.
