The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's Local Plan. |
| 5 | INFORMATIVE: Any reserved matters submission should ensure that the parking spaces proposed are clearly apportioned to individual dwellings so as to prevent confusion regarding visitor provision and possible blocking or prevention of parking. Car parking spaces for properties numbered 4 & 5 should be increased to 4 metres in width to give sufficient vehicle pedestrian inter-visibility. |
