# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) Any noise emitted from the hereby approved units should not contribute any more than 3 dBA(A) to existing background noise levels when measured at a distance of 1 meter from the façade of any adjacent dwelling and when calculated as an Leq(A) of 10 minutes. REASON: To safeguard the amenity of adjacent residential occupiers.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan.
