| 3 | REASON FOR DECISION: It was noted that there were a considerable number of vacant industrial units on the Skelton Industrial Estate with little apparent demand from potential occupants. Accordingly the proposal represented a satisfactory re-use of the building with associated job opportunities. The proposed use would provide a much needed facility for Skelton and East Cleveland communities. |
