| 6 | (6) Before the development hereby approved is brought into use, provision shall be made for the parking of cars on land as indicated on the approved plans and such provision shall be thereafter maintained. REASON: To ensure adequate on-site parking. |
| 7 | (7) New vehicular crossing points shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of satisfactory materials. |
| 8 | (8) Prior to the commencement of work on site, a site compound is to be provided that is capable of providing a temporary car park large enough to accommodate all site staff and visiting contractors to prevent overspill onto Derwent Road. REASON: In the interests of highway safety. |
| 9 | (9) An action plan to prevent any debris/mud being spread on the adjacent adopted highways shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development being commenced. REASON: In the interests of highway safety. |
| 10 | (10) This permission relates only to the amended plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th July 2006. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
