| 2 | (2) Prior to the commencement of development, and unless agreed otherwise in writing with the Local Planning Authority, a fence to a minimum height of 1.3 metres above ground level shall be erected 1 metre from the existing eastern boundary fence line, for the full length of the proposed development. The fence shall be maintained in that position until the development of the site is complete and no excavations or building work shall take place and nothing shall be placed, buried or stored in the area contained by the fence. REASON: To ensure that existing trees to the east of the site are protected from vehicles and works involved in the construction of the proposed development. |
