# Condition Details
1 REASON FOR DECISION: The Council considered that the appearance of the development did not have an adverse effect on the street scene. Given the existence of the grass verge and the traffic flows on Hollywalk Avenue it was not considered that highway safety would be compromised to an unacceptable degree. The gates and fence improve the security of the property.
2 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 & GEN2 were relevant to this decision.

If you are unable to find the decision notice that relates to this planning application, please email planning_admin@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk and we will provide this document to you.
