# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the 'Scope of Works and Method Statement' prepared by STRI Limited, dated 15 October 2005 unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 (3) Details of any boundary/walls fences shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved scheme shall be completed in its entirety prior to the commencement of the use of the modified bend. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity.
4 (4) Details of the relocated children's play area shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to its relocation. The agreed scheme shall be implemented in its entirety. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
5 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
6 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan.
